Reiki Energy Activation
To become a Reiki practioner, you will first need to receive an energy activation or attunement. During an attunement ceremony, your chakras and higher senses will expand, allowing you to clear old energies and blockages. This raises your vibration and opens you up to a range of non-physical energy.
After an energy activation, you will go through a 21-integration period of self-healing and clearing.

Reiki and Ashati both use hand positions centred over the main chakras. Both of these systems can also be used in over-distance healing.
