I’m soo grateful I was guided to Mirka while going through an awakening process. I felt quite lost and alienated from people around me due to not experiencing the things I was. I had some deep healing to deal with that was causing blockages in my life both spiritually and in earth life. I feel a tangible sense of clarity and serenity
I’ve just completed my Ashati 2 and feel great! To anyone who might be hesitating, really, just dive in and do it. Whilst I’ve previously been open to alternative ideas, I didn’t know or understand a great deal about energy work and basically took a suck it and see approach.
The Ashati 1 and 2 activations & healings made me take a good hard look at my life and really question all elements of it. From there I could consciously choose to keep them, make them more awesome or leave them by the wayside. Ashati 1 basically cleared out a lot of unhelpful energy (limiting beliefs, old habits, accepting the hum drum), and created a space. Plus a healthy dose of gratitude for my lovely life. With Ashati 2 I’ve continued to clear out unhelpful energy and feel more like my real self than ever before. It’s like cutting through all the garbage to get back to who I really am. The unapologetic, lovely essence of me.
I feel a tangible sense of clarity and serenity – two things that I’ve always had a hankering for. It’s a great feeling. I also feel ready to experiment with new avenues for my talents. Mirka is the ultimate person to guide you through this experience. With her background as a psychotherapist and her innate skill and feel for the energetic flow, she is both a gentle and wise guide. She is pragmatic, non-judgemental, helpful on a practical level, and just a beautiful soul to help you along the way.
I have a great life, but Ashati seems to have amplified all this somehow. Now my outlook, relationships, level of satisfaction with life and scope for future endeavours are all beyond awesome.

my biggest benefit is finding and being able to truly listen to my heart
I have been working with Mirka for almost 2 years now and I can’t tell you the difference she and the energies have made to my life. My life was a royal mess, I was stuck in a relationship that was slowly suffocating me, too scared to change anything for fear of not being with my kids. I had done already years of traditionally psychology therapy with my then partner and we were properly stuck and I was getting properly miserable.
Mirka was able to not only see my situation, but FEEL my situation. There was no hiding from her, but she has the most beautiful, gentle way of leading you to the truth of who you are and what you need to do in life. Guided always by the energies.
The energies and the self-healing meditations are amazing. In fact I did a self-healing just last week when I hadn’t done one in (too long) and I literally felt like a layer of slime was taken from my body and I was back to feeling centred and finding moments of the pure joy I have come to experience on a regular basis.
The guided meditations with Mirka are also unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before. With the most profound images and messages coming to me during them and a feeling of relaxation that is out-of-this-world! They have given me a clarity I could never have achieved just by thinking through and trying to figure stuff out with my (very capable and overactive) brain!
There have been many moments in the time I have been working with Mirka where I honestly don’t know how I would have ‘gotten through’ really challenging times without her. She is such a source of unwavering love and support, and she has given me the tools with the energies, the meditation and also the psychology to work through the ups and downs of life in a way that lets me come out the other side feeling whole, centred and ready to continue taking on the world with a sense of true joy!
I think my biggest benefit is finding and being able to truly listen to my heart and that inner-knowing. And to TRUST that life/the universe knows what it is doing and has my back!
I want to just mention too, as others may relate, that as a scientist with a PhD, my world is quite black and white and I am, as scientists need to be, sceptical when it comes to new things or things you can’t ‘measure’. I still find my brain questioning the energies and how this all works. All I know is it does, I can feel it and in my heart, I know it. I just needed to trust!
Big thanks to you Mirka, I will be forever grateful that you showed up in my life! The difference you have made has been and continues to be profound! My life is full of joy!

I was delighted to continue 1:1 classes online with Mirka
My journey with Mirka started at Alsemia level 5 in Oct 2022. I joined an online group class with 2 other participants. Mirka is warm, insightful, patient and a wonderful teacher. She was able to guide me and help me practice with the other participants. At the end of the course, I had more knowledge about Alsemia and a renewed enthusiasm for completing all levels of Alsemia.
I was delighted when I realised that I could continue 1 on 1 classes online with Mirka! I signed up, and we had our monthly sessions. These lessons really helped with releasing much of what was not for my highest good. Alsemia energy also accelerated the healing process. I just completed Alsemia 13 in May. I am now ready to take my healing to the next level, where I apply what was learnt during the sessions.
What I liked about this journey with Mirka was that she was always kind and patiently answered my questions. Sometimes, there were things I needed to acknowledge, which really helped to accelerate the healing process. Many times, Mirka offered insightful advice and shared her personal experiences that really resonated and helped me understand how to let go.
