At Marrara Healing, your happiness is important to us. While we don’t offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind, we’re here to assist if there’s an issue with your purchase. 

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

Before returning any items, kindly reach out to us by phone or email, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for the return. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning item(s).

Shipping is only available Australia-wide.

Once your payment is cleared, your order will be processed within 2 to 3 business days. Depending on stock availability, dispatch may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Delivery within Australia:
Delivery typically takes between 5 to 15 business days, depending on your location. Shipments are handled either by Australia Post or a courier service.

Please note, Marrara - The Journey is not responsible for lost shipments. However, we will provide proof of shipment, including a shipping label and tracking number, to ensure you can monitor your delivery status.
