The Throat Chakra - Single Event

The THROAT CHAKRA, resonating with the colour sky blue, and is the fifth main chakra located in the neck, just below the larynx. It processes the energies of the soul body and higher consciousness. Its themes include self-expression, truth, higher self, communication, integrity, and authenticity. It is a powerful centre for self-expression and communication with the outer world and helps us convey our highest truth as a soul. By connecting us with our higher consciousness and its perspectives, we’re able to discover and share our uniqueness through speech, body language, thoughts, and desires. 

An open Throat chakra allows us to freely express our feelings, thoughts, and attitudes while fully accepting our weaknesses. Fears of criticism, rejection, negative reactions, and losing control can prevent individuals from revealing their true selves. This leads to a lack of self-confidence, withdrawal, and feeling unimportant. When the soul cannot express itself, it feels pain, resulting in regret, self-criticism, and excessive self-judgment.
