The Root (Base) Chakra - Single Event

The Root Chakra, also known as the Muladhara, is the foundational energy center located at the base of the spine. Symbolized by the color red, this chakra serves as the root of our physical and energetic existence. It is associated with our basic survival instincts, grounding us in the present moment and providing stability.
