In this in-person guided meditation, we’ll work with Higher Alsemia energies - an advanced aspect of the Ashati energy healing system - to explore the deeper layers of your subconscious mind. These energies help bring to light emotions, thoughts, and memories once left unprocessed, yet still influencing your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Mirka will guide you through gentle waves of energy, each building on the other, allowing you to reconnect with and heal the patterns that have been holding you back. All you need to do is open yourself to whatever arises - thoughts, feelings, memories, or sensations - and allow the process of release to unfold.
