Workshop Preparation Document
Please read through this document in preparation for a workshop.
We will be following the guidance issued by official bodies to ensure the health and safety of our participants. When attending workshops, please respect all government-issued social distancing rules. Attendees are also encouraged to bring their own hand sanitiser or utilise the handwashing facilities at the venue. Under public health advice, please DO NOT ATTEND WORKSHOPS if:
You had contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 or
you are feeling unwell or experiencing cold/flu/respiratory symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing) or
you have travelled abroad or to another COVID-19 hot spot in the last 14 days.
It is normal to have some light "energetic symptoms" leading up to a workshop due to the energetic preparation work. These symptoms can include vivid dreams, changes in your energy levels and emotional state, a sense of being unprepared and sometimes tension in the neck or head. These symptoms are common and will often disappear during the workshop. For this reason, it is recommended to still attend on the day unless you are experiencing a cough or cold / flu-like symptoms. This also should not replace the advice or treatment of a medical practitioner.
WHAT TO BRING
Wear comfortable clothing.
Bring a jacket in case you get cold.
Optional: Bring a small bottle of water.
Optional: Bring a small cushion to place on the chair to sit more comfortably.
Taking notes is not required during a workshop as all the information is within the manuals and the online content (available after a workshop). There is no need to bring the manuals with you. Workshops are focused on a more practical, hands-on experience of energy healing, meditation, psychic development, etc.
It is recommended not to leave your belongings unattended in the room. No food or drinks (except for water) are allowed inside the workshop room.

WHEN TO ARRIVE AT THE VENUE
Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of a workshop so that you feel relaxed and don’t miss important content. The workshop space will be energetically prepared prior to each session so please wait outside the room until your teacher collects you.
RUNNING LATE OR CAN'T ATTEND?
For all contact within 24 hours of a workshop start time, please send a text message to the mobile phone number in your workshop reminder email. These numbers are only checked on workshop days, so please send an email for all other enquiries.
